3000C High temperature vacuum induction melting furnace

This product is a high temperature vacuum induction melting furnace, using induction heating, equipment melting temperature can reach 3000℃.  Stainless steel water-cooled chamber, equipped with quartz observation window to observe sample melting, suitable for metal sample melting and heat treatment, phase diagram study.  The equipment adopts high quality high-frequency induction power supply, the maximum power is 35KW.  The equipment adopts infrared temperature measurement, intelligent temperature controller temperature control, with over temperature protection function, can accurately control the melting temperature.  

The equipment is equipped with a high vacuum diffusion pump group, which can effectively improve the vacuum of the base and improve the smelting quality.  The equipment is also equipped with lifting platform and turning handle, which is convenient for the operator to conduct casting and sampling operation after smelting.  The equipment also has a dumping device, which can dump the melted sample into the mold prepared in advance to produce the required sample shape.
